Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ZeroPipeline (the "Service"), operated by AINative Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AINative Studio. Please read them carefully. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes via email or an in-product notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) without recipient consent.
  • Scraping, crawling, or otherwise automated bulk data extraction not permitted by the API.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Service.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating affiliation.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of this policy without notice.

4. Agent actions and automation

ZeroPipeline enables AI agents to perform actions on your behalf, including but not limited to sending outreach messages, creating and updating deals, and triggering automations. By enabling agent features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for all actions taken by agents operating under your account, whether initiated by you or by automated processes.
  • Agents act as your authorized representatives for the purposes of these Terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring agent-generated outreach complies with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
  • AINative Studio is not liable for business outcomes resulting from agent actions or decisions made based on AI-generated data.

AI-generated suggestions and scoring are probabilistic. Do not rely on them as your sole basis for material business decisions. Always apply human judgment before taking consequential actions.

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

  • Prices may change at any time, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
  • If your payment fails, we will attempt to retry. Accounts with repeated failed payments may be downgraded to the free plan.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund.

All charges are in USD. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card issuer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AINative Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to AINative Studio in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the limitations above may not apply to you.
